SSI absolute encoder product introduction and localization solution customization process description

SSI absolute encoders are more commonly used encoder products, operating in a very rich scenario, with more uses. With the requirements for encoders gradually rising, the demand for non-standard encoders has been increasing in the past few years. For this reason, we have also introduced customized services.

A common size for SSI absolute encoders is the 58mm flange OD, which is considered the standard size. Another more common size is the 78mm OD, which is mostly required for explosion-proof encoders. Both sizes can be customized according to different parameters.

The encoder customization detail section focuses on shaft bore size, wire exit method, and resolution. The other part is the incremental signal part. Our SSI absolute encoders are available with incremental signals. These are more conventional parameters for customization, you can refer to our product introduction page.

For non-standard customized SSI absolute encoders, mainly in non-conventional flange size. This part as long as you can provide their own parameters needs, we to match the corresponding program can be. Simple dimensions can be described in words, complex flanges can be drawn or specific communication.

Customization Process:

1, provide the actual needs of the flange size and application parameters, we to match the corresponding solution;

2, provide the encoder being used parameters or manuals, we match the parameters according to the corresponding alternative product program.
