The entire CRD series of encoders are Profibus-DP communication protocol, the difference is that the size of the installation structure is different. Take the CRD66 to speak, this is a 64.5 stepped up flange, more niche, the domestic finished product replacement is almost none. It is said that the prototype is also discontinued, I have no official information on this.
What to do? You can only do customization.
We redid the 64.5 flange to match the mounting dimensions based on the structural data. Then made 36mm tabs and 10mm stainless shafts. The structural dimensions are just fine, the hardware is 1:1 with the original. All that's left is the circuitry and internals.
In the end, we gave the perfect work. 1:1 replacement of the original, and completed the customer's needs in the shortest time. The picture above is our replacement finished product, customer feedback is very good.

It is not possible that the dimensions of the structures that you need may not be the same, in which case we can also solve the hardware problem within a short period of time.
