Today we received an inquiry about an encoder, the model number is "CMS582M-00003", to see if there is an alternative solution.

The customer only has a model picture, through the picture display can be seen is a profinet communication protocol encoder, the resolution of 4096 * 8192. However, the customer can not provide the relevant size data. In this case, we can only go to find the relevant information.

Through the information found that this is a 58mm outer diameter encoder, blind hole size is 12mm, the power supply voltage is 10-30V, the protection class is: IP65. so, the parameters are basically complete.

The prototype number is a shaft publication. The way it appears does not affect the use, just the way it comes out does not agree.
