In this way, the encoder cannot have any movement when there is a power outage, and when the incoming power is working, the encoder cannot have interference and lose pulses during the output pulse process, or else the zero point calculated and memorized by the counting device will be shifted, and there is no way to know the amount of this shift, only after an erroneous result occurs.
The solution is to add reference points, and every time the encoder passes a reference point, the reference position) is corrected into the memory position of the counting device. Before the reference point, there is no guarantee of the accuracy of the position.
